How the calculation works

Confirmed in-scope businesses at or above AED 50 million: provider by 30 October 2026; implementation from 1 January 2027.

Smaller in-scope businesses: provider by 31 March 2027; implementation from 1 July 2027.

In-scope government entities: provider by 31 March 2027; implementation from 1 October 2027.
