From Dispatch to e-Way Bill Automatically
- 01
Dispatch in your ERP
The delivery or invoice is created in SAP, Oracle, Tally or your logistics system.
- 02
Send to Figment GSP
The system posts consignment and vehicle details, or just the IRN, to the e-Way Bill API.
- 03
Generate on NIC
Figment generates the e-Way Bill on NIC, switching to a backup portal if the primary is unavailable.
- 04
Number back to the gate
The e-Way Bill number and validity return to your system and print on the dispatch documents.
Works with SAP ECC & S/4HANA, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Tally Prime and in-house ERPs. Typical go-live: about two weeks from sandbox access.

All NIC Backup Portals
Requests continue on NIC backup e-Way Bill portals during maintenance windows or peak load.
Redundant Links
Redundant links from Figment GSP to the NIC e-Way Bill system, with automatic switchover if a link drops.
