Frequently Asked Questions
General
FGSOne is a single sign-on console that brings together every Figment compliance product — TaxCPC, NoticeCPC, GSTCPC, 26ASCPC, VenCPC and RPACPC. You login once and switch between products and client entities without re-authenticating.
GSTCPC supports GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, and reconciliation workflows across GSTR-2A/2B, covering the returns most banking and corporate clients file on a recurring basis.
Yes. Most of our banking clients run Figment on-premise inside their own data centre. Cloud-hosted deployment is also available if you prefer not to manage infrastructure directly.
Yes, Figment is an authorized GSP and ERI. Filings go through approved government interfaces rather than scraped portals, which keeps submissions reliable during high-load periods like quarter-end.
Tax data is encrypted at rest and in transit, access is role-based and fully audit-logged, and for on-premise deployments your data never leaves your own infrastructure.
Yes. Figment offers API-based integrations with major ERP systems including SAP and Oracle, so invoice, ledger, and compliance data can sync without manual re-entry.
Figment is built primarily for banks, corporates, and state governments with high-volume compliance needs, though the modular product suite scales down for smaller finance teams as well.

Deployment and data security
On-premise runs inside your own data centre, which is how most of our banking clients use it: your team runs the infrastructure and backups, and we provide the configuration, runbook and support. On Figment-managed cloud, we run the infrastructure for you. The product features are the same in both.
With an on-premise deployment, your data stays in your own data centre and never leaves your infrastructure. Figment’s GSP and API services are hosted in India, with a disaster recovery site.
Data is encrypted with TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest. Each legal entity is isolated in the data layer, so a user set up for one entity cannot see another. Access is role-based, MFA can be enforced, preparing and releasing a return are separate rights (maker-checker), and every action is recorded in an audit trail.
Records are kept for the statutory period that applies to each record type. At the end of the contract, data is disposed of following the process in your service schedule, and we confirm completion in writing.
Onboarding and support
It depends on the products, the number of entities and whether you choose cloud or on-premise. We agree the plan and timeline with your team after the demo. API integrations through Figment’s GSP typically go live in about two weeks.
Yes. The products support bulk import from Excel and custom data templates, and GSTCPC can fetch GSTR-2A/2B data for all your GSTINs. TaxCPC is built for very large data volumes, so existing deductee and transaction data can be loaded in bulk.

Chartered accountants and engineers work in the same building, so statutory changes reach the product in days. For example, the products already use the new section and form numbers of the Income-tax Act, 2025.
Integrations and access
Yes. Figment offers more than 100 APIs through one REST/JSON integration, including GST, e-Invoice and e-Way Bill APIs as an authorised GSP, and PAN, GSTIN, MSME (Udyam) and company verification and OCR APIs. See all APIs.
Yes. Single sign-on against your directory keeps account creation, password policy and access removal under your control. Permissions are granted by role and limited to the entities each team owns.
Yes. The NoticeCPC app is available on Google Play and the App Store, so you can track tax notices and due dates from your phone.
Yes. CA firms use FigmentOne to handle the TDS, GST and notice work of many clients from one login, switching between client entities without signing in again and assigning clients to team members.
