All GSTINs in One Console
Prepare GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C for every GSTIN of the organisation from one console, with GSTINs added individually or in bulk.
GSTR-9 cannot be revised once it is filed, so the work is in the reconciliation before it. GSTCPC gives you the year’s reconciled input tax credit for each GSTIN and lets you prepare, review and file GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C for every registration from one console.
Prepare GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C for every GSTIN from one console.
Review and approval before each annual return is filed.
GSTR-9 is not a fresh calculation. It brings the year together and asks you to explain the differences.
GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C are due by 31 December after the end of the financial year: 31 December 2026 for FY 2025-26. A daily late fee, capped by turnover, applies after the due date.
Credit on a year’s invoices can be claimed only until 30 November after the year ends or the date GSTR-9 is filed, whichever is earlier. Filing early closes your own ITC window.
GSTR-9 cannot be revised once filed, and every GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B of the year must be filed before it. Errors are hard to fix afterwards.
GSTINs with aggregate turnover above ₹5 crore also file GSTR-9C, a self-certified statement reconciling the audited financial statements with the annual return.
| Aggregate turnover in the year | GSTR-9 | GSTR-9C |
|---|---|---|
| Up to ₹2 crore | Exempt (optional) | Not required |
| Above ₹2 crore up to ₹5 crore | Mandatory | Not required |
| Above ₹5 crore | Mandatory | Mandatory, self-certified |
The ₹2 crore exemption applies from FY 2024-25 onwards (Notification No. 15/2025-Central Tax). Composition taxpayers, Input Service Distributors, non-resident and casual taxable persons and those deducting or collecting tax at source under GST do not file GSTR-9.
| Check | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| All GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B of the year filed | GSTR-9 cannot be filed otherwise |
| Turnover in books = GSTR-1 = GSTR-3B, after amendments | Differences need an explanation or a payment |
| Tax liability in GSTR-1 vs tax paid in GSTR-3B | Short payment must be paid with interest before filing |
| ITC claimed in GSTR-3B vs GSTR-2B for the year | Excess claims will be questioned |
| Blocked and ineligible ITC reversed; Rule 37 / 37A reversals and reclaims recorded | Reported reversals should match the books |
| Credit notes, amendments and ITC of the year reported after March identified | They go in a separate part of GSTR-9 |
| All ITC for the year claimed in GSTR-3B before GSTR-9 is filed | Filing GSTR-9 closes the ITC window |
